No. Registries, cards, and certificates are not substitutes for appropriate licensed-professional documentation.
Can Fetch My ESA guarantee a letter?
No. Documentation is issued only when a licensed professional determines it is clinically appropriate.
Does an ESA letter give public-access rights?
No. Emotional support animals are not ADA service animals and do not have the same public-access rights.
Can this help with housing?
ESA documentation may support a housing accommodation request when issued after appropriate evaluation. Requirements and outcomes can vary.
What about California?
California may require a qualifying provider relationship of at least 30 days before ESA documentation can be issued.
